FAQS: Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $125 (before tax) and flat rate shipping of $20 for anything under $125. We also offer free shipping to the US on purchases $125 and over.

Where do you ship from?

With the exception of our "Online Exclusives" collection, everything ships directly from our brick and mortar shop located in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada! 

Holy schnikes, why is shipping so much?

Unfortunately, it legit costs that much to ship stuff! Since we are a small business, it’s not financially feasible to cover all shipping costs. If we covered all shipping costs, we would have to increase the cost of our goods and we really don’t want to do that. 

But I only want to buy stickers…I’m not paying $20 for shipping.

We totally understand! If that’s the case, shoot us an email and we can make alternate arrangements to send them through regular snail mail: info@tailgatemercantile.ca

Can I order online and pick-up?

You betcha (with the exception of our "Online Exclusive" Collection)! Just choose the "pick up in store" option at checkout and we'll hang on to your order until it's convenient for you to swing by. Picking up in-store is a free service! 

If we're open when you place a pick-up order, we'll have it ready to go within an hour. If we're closed when you order, we'll have it ready to go the next time we open. We'll send you an email confirming when it's ready!
