How It Works:

Joining the Hat Club is easy. Here’s what you need to know:

1. No Cost to Join: There’s absolutely no fee or membership cost to join the Tailgate Hat Club. Simply start shopping!

2. Automatic Enrolment: When you purchase your first hat in-store and provide your information at checkout, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Tailgate Hat Club. If shopping online, you'll need to sign up for an account (see the screenshots at the bottom of this post). No extra steps required.

3. Buy 6, Get 1 Free: For every 6 hats you purchase, the 7th hat is on us! It’s our way of saying thanks for being a loyal customer.

4. Digital Tracking: Forget about keeping track of physical punch cards. We’ve made it easy by tracking everything digitally. Every hat you buy is logged, whether you shop online or in our physical store. You'll receive an automated email from "office@nonlinearsoft.com" (our app developer) updating your punch card!

5. Redeem Anywhere: Once you’ve purchased 6 hats, you can redeem your free 7th hat either on our online shop or in-store. The choice is yours!

Tailgate Mercantile Hat Club Fine Print

By participating in the Tailgate Mercantile Hat Club, members agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Membership Enrollment

   • Customers are automatically enrolled in the Hat Club upon making their first hat purchase, providing their contact information in-store or creating an account online. No additional sign-up is required.
   • Membership is free and does not require a subscription or membership fee.

2. Qualifying Purchases

   • A "qualifying purchase" is defined as the purchase of any full-priced hat from Tailgate Mercantile, either online or in-store.
   • Discounts, promotions, and sales items may not count as qualifying purchases, unless otherwise specified.

3. Digital Tracking

   • All purchases are tracked digitally through our system. No physical punch cards or tracking is required by the customer.
   • Customers can inquire about their current hat count or status in-store, by contacting us or creating an account online associated with the registered email.

4. Reward Redemption

   • After six (6) qualifying hat purchases, the customer will receive one (1) free hat of their choice.
   • The free hat can be redeemed in-store or online.
   • The free hat must be claimed within 12 months of earning it, or the reward may expire.

5. Returns and Exchanges

   • If a hat purchased as part of the Hat Club is returned, the qualifying purchase will be deducted from the customer’s Hat Club account.
   • If the returned item was the free 7th hat, no refund or exchange will be provided.

6. Membership Conditions

   • Tailgate Mercantile reserves the right to modify or cancel the Hat Club and its terms at any time, without prior notice.
   • Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared or combined between multiple customers.
   • Abuse of the Hat Club, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, will result in membership termination and forfeiture of any accumulated rewards.

7. Data Privacy

   • Personal information collected during Hat Club enrollment and participation is used solely for tracking purchases and rewarding members. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
